Liberty Belle: MIC vs TOWIE vs Geordie Shore
"Like it or not, scripted reality TV shows are still going strong. Despite the painfully awkward chat, the horrendous fake tan, and how every episode seems to ends in tears, people are hooked on the escapades of Holly Hagan, Jamie Laing and co.
Without looking to solve the mystery as to why, we recruited three of our writers to argue which show is the cream of the crop. In a three-way battle to the death, expect drinks to be thrown, names to be called, and Francis Boulle to be on the side-lines looking condescending.
Made in Chelsea Vs. The Only Way is Essex Vs. Geordie Shore. Go!"

Scripted reality TV shows, such as Made in Chelsea and The Only Way is Essex, possess large followings on social media. Twitter in particular is used for viewers to converse as the show goes out live. With this in mind, Liberty Belle produced a tongue-in-cheek article regarding the three major scripted reality shows with the aim of attracting some of that audience via our own twitter account whilst the programs air - as well as producing content for our demographic.
As well as being able to advertise using each programs hashtag, the article contained its own hashtags for readers to vote on which show they thought was the best - in tern creating more publicity.
The banner image was created with a copyright free image (there aren't many) using 'Paintbrush'. Thankfully the messy nature of the magazines chosen font mean my photo editing skills, or lack of professional software, are slightly forgiven.
